Production Operator
$22.50 to $24.00 per hour | Day shift Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or Swing shift Mon–Fri 3:30 PM–Midnight | Full-time | Reno, NV 89502

Sourced Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a local medical manufacturer. In this role, you will assemble precision medical and laboratory devices in a fast-paced production environment, working with small components and hand tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble medical and laboratory devices to blueprints and schematics, or operate production machinery
- Use hand tools, tweezers, light machinery and power tools
- Perform routine production duties and preventive maintenance
- Follow product quality standards and procedures
- Quality check finished products and send unsatisfactory items to rework
- Work well with your team and support staff

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced assembly environment and meet quality and quantity goals
- Ability to read and follow diagrams, blueprints, and detailed written or verbal instructions
- Mechanically inclined, with excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail and quality
- Basic math for computing quantities and counting parts
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
